Refund policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received
  • Items must be in their original packaging, with all tags and components included
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

To start a return, please contact us at support@tasbeehandnoor.com.
If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Interactive & Electronic Products

Our interactive prayer mats include electronic sound components.

For these items:

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is unused and the electronic module remains unopened, unactivated, and undamaged
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or activation cannot be returned for hygiene and quality reasons

Damages and Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong product

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or worn
  • Sale or clearance items marked Final Sale
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items returned without original packaging or components

If you have questions about a specific product, please contact us before purchasing.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
