Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotions, or religious holidays such as Ramadan.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. While we aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (if available): Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries.

International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination and will be shown at checkout.

Please note:

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


Delays & Lost Packages

Tasbeeh and Noor is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If you need assistance, you may also contact us at support@tasbeehandnoor.com.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

Tasbeeh and Noor is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned due to an incorrect address.
